系統工藝流程 System process
原煤進入制粉車間後,經過(烘幹)研磨成為鍋爐燃燒所需的煤粉,合格的煤粉注入煤粉塔儲存,再經煤粉倉通過落料管、給料閥進入螺旋給料機送入沖闆流量計内,由沖闆流量計計量後送入螺旋氣力輸送泵的進料箱,再由給料機構向前推進。煤粉進入混合室後被風機出口空氣攜帶進入輸送管道,從而送入燃燒器燃燒。燃燒産生的高溫煙氣完成輻射和對流換熱後進入脫硝、除塵、脫硫等系統,然後經過煙囪排放到大氣中。其中除塵器收集的飛灰經密閉系統排出,并集中處理和利用。

制粉系統的目的是依據來煤情況及鍋爐燃燒要求,通過烘幹及研磨處理達到符合鍋爐要求的煤粉:一般情況下磨粉機對煤粉要求為:入料小于 30mm,含水量小于 8%,哈氏可磨指數 55-65;當水分大于 8% 時需烘幹設備。
制粉工藝流程:
制粉原料→鏟車→緩沖料倉→給料機→磨粉機系統→螺旋輸送機→羅茨風機→成品料罐

Combustion system

測控系統

鍋爐系統由給水系統、煙風系統、煙氣淨化系統、灰渣系統及鍋爐主機系統等組成。
